The Bush/Cheney administration claims that the NIE proves they were right is the most amazingly ridiculous spin I have ever seen. Their claim is like a cop arresting someone based on bad information, then that person is found to not have done anything wrong, and the cop claims that law enforcement policies are working because they deterred the guy from committing a crime. What a crock.
